We have a diversified workday, where we do different work tasks together.

All work tasks is divided into manageable bits, and apportioned between those who want to participate. This gives everyone an opportunity to work together with employees and other members, and this way contribute to the management of the house.

 

All contributions to the management of the house is done voluntarily, no matter how much work or of what kind

​

We have two unit meetings daily, at 9:30 and at 13:00. There we take a look at which work tasks need to get done. They then get apportioned by people signing up for the tasks they want to do. To make visible the tasks that needs doing and who is doing them, everything is noted on a board.

​

The work meetings  take place divided between our units.

 

You can always choose yourself, which unit you wish to work at.
